STOPS AND WAITING TIME

 

Pickup or destination waiting time will be billed at the hourly vehicle rate.

 

Scheduled or unscheduled stops are subject to availability and billed at

$25 per stop plus the hourly vehicle rate.

 

Hourly Rates:

• Full-Size SUV – $125

• Luxury SUV – $175

• Passenger Van – $250

• Midsize SUV – $85

RESERVATION CHANGES

 

Changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the initial reservation pickup time,

subject to vehicle and rate availability.

 

The cancellation policy applies to the original or modified initial reservation

pickup date and time, whichever is earlier.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

Trips with both origination AND destination within 90 miles of Bozeman, MT:

 

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the initial reservation pickup time are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the initial pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

 

Trips with origination OR destination more than 90 miles from Bozeman, MT:

 

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the initial reservation pickup time are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Booking party and all passengers agree that Lone Mountain Logistics and/or its affiliates shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays in service, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, detours, emergency services, or any other condition beyond its control.

 

Promo codes are subject to discretionary approval and hold no cash value.

 

Children under six years old and weighing less than 60 pounds must use a car seat or booster seat.

VEHICLE CAPACITY

 

Vehicle capacity shall be the lesser of:

• Vehicle manufacturer’s rated capacity

• Lone Mountain’s published passenger capacity

• Driver-determined safe operating capacity

 

Lone Mountain and/or the driver reserves the right to refuse passengers or cargo that exceed capacity or present any risk to safe operation.

 

Booking contact and all passengers shall be financially and legally liable for any and all damages to vehicles, equipment, property, and premises of Lone Mountain Logistics, its employees, and affiliates.
